A Return to the Senses

A return to the senses is a re-claiming of the material, sensual and earthly realm. It is a remembering and celebration of the physical body and life as a work of art. This season, pay attention to what you're consuming (through sight, sound, touch) that leaves you feeling stagnant, heavy, depleted and dried out. What sensations, sounds and scents do you enjoy? What is pleasing, soothing and calming to you? Be a researcher of the self and take pleasure in the exploration. Make lists of what delights, inspires and appeals to the sensualist within you. Compare to how you move through your everyday, adjust, where you can, accordingly.
