Welcome to our first three month season in The Daily Rest studio! We're starting with something very broad and very, very deep: The Elemental Body.


In The Elemental Body we re-establish our relationship with the elemental and subtle body. We start in January with the roots, the sacral, the earth and water elements. The Elemental Body is a remembering that our physical bodies are sacred and seasonal. In The Elemental Body, we will work with a lot of yin yoga, alchemical meditation practices and energetic boundaries and protection.


More workshops will be added to the schedule as we open out into the season.
