FINISHING THE YEAR SOFT A MONTH OF DEEP REST

It’s becoming a tradition here in The Daily Rest Studio, to actively carve out time and space to finish the year gently instead of rushing to the finish line. I don’t know about you but I feel it, I’m tired too.

After a huge year, I’m craving time to read, to sleep in, to spend hours filling up instead of pouring out. This month, we have a beautiful alchemical practice from the Taoist tradition as well as a long time TDR breath work favourite for our daily practice and a gentle suggestion: to fill up on rest, however, and wherever you can without holding even a single tiny drop of guilt.

As we roll into the busiest season of the year, no matter how much or how little time you have, can we make time for doing nothing at all?
